Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

- Unworn or unused, with all tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
- Fastest Option: To exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is processed, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- Right to Return: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
